The Road Werks Technician is a highly skilled automotive professional who utilizes technical knowledge, diagnostic ability, and independent problem-solving to assemble, enhance, repair, and validate complex vehicle systems. This role involves working across all major vehicle subsystems such as mechanical, electrical, fuel, and chassis, with advanced capability in testing, diagnostics, and custom integration work. The Technician may provide guidance, perform research, and recommend innovative solutions for unique challenges encountered on custom builds and project vehicles. Expertise or strong aptitude in electrical systems, diagnostics, EFI, and Bosch fuel systems is considered a significant advantage.

Experience Required:

6+ years of hands-on experience in motorsports, high-performance automotive, or specialty European shops. Experience with classic Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, VW/Audi, or vintage EFI systems is a major plus.
Able to diagnose, innovate, and elevate vehicle performance across mechanical, electrical, and fuel-management systems
A skilled problem-solver with a mechanical mindset and an obsession for precision
Bosch fuel-system experience is preferred and familiarity with MoTeC and MFI systems is a major plus.
Fabrication experience, desirable.
