Miouri Automotive Group is a Utah‑incorporated C‑Corporation focused exclusively on serialized production builds through our Legacy Series, Sovereign Series, Hot Rod Hauler Series, and Heritage Series. Every vehicle reflects Miouri’s unified design philosophy: Smart Glass, halo headlights, custom chassis and suspensions, deep‑dish wheels, and investor‑grade presentation. With our Interim Facility Phase 1 locked and national expansion underway, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to architect and oversee Miouri’s financial strategy.
Role Overview
The CFO will serve as a key executive partner to the Founder & CEO, responsible for building Miouri’s financial infrastructure, ensuring compliance with corporate governance frameworks, and driving investor confidence. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, and capital strategy as Miouri scales nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies aligned with Miouri’s growth and expansion goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across all operational divisions.
Governance & Compliance
• Implement and oversee Miouri’s Financial Policies Manual.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks including capitalization table, subscription agreements, SAFE agreements, and convertible note structures.
Investor Relations
• Prepare investor‑grade financial reports and presentations.
• Partner with the CEO to manage fundraising, capital markets engagement, and shareholder communications.
Operational Finance
• Oversee financial controls across production shops, facility development, and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to align financial planning with production capacity and compliance standards.
Team Leadership
• Build and lead a finance team capable of supporting Miouri’s rapid growth.
• Establish clear KPIs and accountability structures for financial performance.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in automotive manufacturing, industrials, or high‑growth ventures.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and scaling financial operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with discipline in execution and vision for growth.
