With our Interim Facility Phase 1 locked and national expansion underway, we are seeking a Chief Technical Officer to lead Miouri’s technical innovation and engineering execution.

Role Overview

The Chief Technical Officer will be responsible for defining Miouri’s technical roadmap, ensuring engineering excellence across all build departments, and integrating advanced technologies into serialized production. This executive will oversee technical standards, R&D initiatives, and cross‑department collaboration, positioning Miouri as the benchmark for innovation in modern restomod manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Establish and enforce technical standards across chassis, body, engine, CNC, and fabrication divisions.
• Lead R&D initiatives to integrate advanced technologies into Miouri builds, including Smart Glass, paddle shifters, and modern fuel‑injected crate engines.

Innovation & Engineering Excellence

• Drive innovation in restomod engineering, ensuring Miouri builds remain distinctive, safe, and performance‑validated.
• Oversee Dyno Center operations for serialized build testing and validation.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Chief of Design to align technical execution with Miouri’s unified design language.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure technical standards are embedded in production workflows.

Governance & Compliance

• Uphold Miouri’s OSHA Safety & Compliance Manual across all technical divisions.
• Ensure technical documentation aligns with investor‑grade clarity and governance frameworks.

Investor & Market Alignment

• Deliver investor‑ready technical presentations and reports.
• Represent Miouri’s technical vision at industry events, investor showcases, and brand activations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in automotive engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven track record in scaling technical operations and integrating advanced technologies.
• Deep expertise in chassis, body, engine, and CNC systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise investor‑grade narratives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with discipline in execution and vision for growth.
