Miouri Automotive Group is a Utah‑incorporated C‑Corporation focused exclusively on building serialized production cars and trucks through our Legacy Series, Sovereign Series, Hot Rod Hauler Series, and Heritage Series. Every build carries Miouri’s unified philosophy: modern restomod design, Smart Glass, halo headlights, custom chassis and suspensions, deep‑dish wheels, and investor‑grade presentation. With our Interim Facility Phase 1 now locked and expansion underway, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our scaling journey.
Role Overview
The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key executive partner to the Founder & CEO, overseeing all operational divisions, compliance frameworks, and facility development. This role is responsible for ensuring Miouri’s production shops, safety standards, and governance systems operate seamlessly as we scale nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Direct all core build departments: Chassis Shop, Body Build Shop, CNC Machine Shop, Engine Build Center, Upholstery Shop, Paint Center, Blasting & Coating, Detail Shop, and Dyno Center.
• Oversee Interim Facility Phase 1 operations, including fabrication bays, machine shop, and compliance infrastructure.
Governance & Compliance
• Implement Miouri’s OSHA Safety & Compliance Manual across all divisions.
• Uphold corporate governance frameworks, including shareholder agreements, confidentiality, non‑compete, and board resolutions.
Strategic Scaling
• Partner with the CEO to execute national expansion plans.
• Drive efficiency in production workflows, modular planning, and investor‑ready reporting.
Financial & HR Oversight
• Collaborate on drafting and enforcing Miouri’s Financial Policies Manual.
• Lead workforce planning, technician recruitment, and performance management across all departments.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, restomod, or related industries.
• Proven track record in scaling multi‑department operations with investor‑grade clarity.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance, facility development, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to translate complex build specs into concise operational plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with discipline in execution and vision for growth.
