I am Kevin El, a highly motivated automotive technician based in Philadelphia, PA, with a strong work ethic and a passion for tackling new challenges. My background includes extensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, where I have honed my skills in handling a variety of vehicle systems and components. Currently, I work at Al’s Performance, where my daily tasks involve brake repairs, oil changes, radiator and alternator replacements, and suspension work, among other duties.
My previous roles have also equipped me with a diverse skill set. At Rush Order Tees, I operated direct-to-garment digital printers, ensuring high-quality custom prints. As a Concierge Staff Member at Parkway, I provided exceptional customer service and maintained guest privacy. My role as a Lead Technician at MAACO involved overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety practices, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control.
I hold a certificate in Automotive Technology from Philadelphia Technician Training Institute and am certified in emissions. My strengths lie in my adaptability, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I am eager to bring my expertise to a classic or exotic car shop, where I can contribute to the restoration and maintenance of high-performance vehicles.

My job duties, brakes, oil, change, radiators, alternators, lower control, arms, shocks, tires lights, axles, swaybar links inter an outer tire rod I normally replace on a daily on a various of different vehicles
Operate the direct to garment digital printer to customize items.
Prioritize order completion based on the due date and execute DTG tasks.
Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping work area neat and complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
Load, position and adjust unprinted materials in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms and unload
properly to maintain quality of product before curing.
Place printed items in conveyor oven to dry/cure ink.
Pour or spread paint, ink, color compounds, and other materials into reservoirs
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
