Start With the Actual Service Role
Use Ferrari’s official dealer directory to identify authorized businesses. Ask their service department which entry-level roles exist, what automotive education they accept and whether brand training follows employment.
If you already have shop experience, prepare examples of your diagnosis, repair documentation and quality checks. Explain which work you completed yourself and which was supervised. Avoid claiming factory certification for a course that did not award it.

Ask who delivers the course, which country it operates in, who can apply and what credential is awarded. Request written details of costs, practical work, tools and employment conditions. A brochure or old article does not establish that a place is available now.
For professional ASE certification, consult the current test and experience requirements. Entry-level student credentials and professional certifications are different stages.
Build Relevant Experience
Look for supervised specialist shop opportunities. Practice explaining a diagnostic process, documenting measurements and following the correct service information. For vintage Ferraris, ask specifically about older fuel systems, mechanical rebuilding and the kinds of projects the shop undertakes.
Car shows and events can help you meet people in the industry. Attendance and volunteering are networking experience, not a substitute for supervised vehicle repair.
