1. About Classic Car Jobs

Classic Car Jobs provides an online platform that connects automotive professionals with employers in the classic, collector, exotic and specialty automotive industries.

2. Use of the Site

You may use Classic Car Jobs only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use the service in a way that could harm other users.

3. Candidate Accounts

Candidates are responsible for keeping their profile, resume, contact information and application information accurate and current. Creating an account or applying for a job does not guarantee employment, an interview or a response from an employer.

Profile visibility. When you create a candidate account, your profile, including your name, location, headline, experience, skills, resume and contact information, is visible to employers with a paid Premium membership on Classic Car Jobs. These employers may contact you about job opportunities. Profile visibility is a core part of the service. If you do not want employers to see your profile, you may request deletion of your account through our contact page.

Marketing emails. By creating an account, you agree that Classic Car Jobs may send you emails about job opportunities, platform features and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

4. Employer Accounts and Job Listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their company information and job listings. Employers may not post misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or unlawful opportunities.

5. Employment Relationships

Classic Car Jobs is a marketplace and recruiting platform. We are not the employer of candidates using the service and are not responsible for hiring decisions, interviews, employment terms, workplace conditions or agreements between candidates and employers.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. By submitting content, you give Classic Car Jobs permission to store, process and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of Classic Car Jobs at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will always operate without interruption or error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Classic Car Jobs is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform, job listings, employer conduct or candidate conduct.
