Join our team and help us maintain the pristine condition of our luxury vehicles. Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our service team. As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle that comes through our dealership is cleaned and polished to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for working with luxury vehicles, ensuring that each car leaves our dealership looking brand new. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and applying protective treatments. Clean and detail engine compartments, wheels, tires, and other external parts of the vehicle. Shampoo and vacuum upholstery, carpets, and floor mats, ensuring all areas are spotless. Apply protective products to interiors, including leather conditioners and fabric protectants. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all detailing supplies and equipment are stored properly. Inspect vehicles for any imperfections, scratches, or damages and report them to the supervisor. Operate pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and other detailing equipment safely and effectively. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager to assist in maintaining dealership standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically capable of performing manual tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
