Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mercedes-Benz Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing luxury vehicles with a commitment to delivering the highest quality workmanship. You will be working with a team of certified professionals who share a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and strive to meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs to Service Advisors. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire rotations, and alignments. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes on repairs and services for each vehicle. Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor about repair needs and the status of ongoing projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest Mercedes-Benz training and certifications. Ensure a clean and safe work environment, following dealership safety guidelines and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns about vehicle repairs. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or other European luxury brands. Mercedes-Benz factory certification is highly preferred. Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with Mercedes-Benz diagnostic software (e.g., STAR diagnostic system). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a plus but not required. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
