Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Porsche Service Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair, specifically with Porsche vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on customer vehicles while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, following Porsche standards and guidelines. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete detailed reports of all work performed, documenting any issues or recommendations. Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing clear communication about their vehicle's condition and the work performed. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid driver’s license. 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Porsche vehicles. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with knowledge of Porsche parts and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Must possess a full mechanic’s toolset. Willingness to work weekends when necessary. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Benefits: Group medical benefits.
