Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo of Wayland is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. You will work in a state-of-the-art, modern facility. European experience is a plus but not required. Job Details: Maintain and repair vehicles by completing inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments, and keeping records. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition and identify worn and damaged parts. Complete preventive maintenance schedules, install component and part upgrades, control corrosion, and complete winterization procedures. Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, including power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, and hydraulics. Perform machine shop operations and make adjustments and alignments, including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units. Conduct test drives and adjust controls and systems to verify vehicle performance. Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards. Maintain vehicle records by documenting services and repairs. Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. Contain costs by using warranty and evaluating service and parts options. Qualifications: Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with high-performance or luxury vehicles. Strong diagnostic and repair skills. ASE certification or equivalent preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
