Position Summary: As a Classic Rover Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, restoring, and maintaining classic Land Rovers to the highest standards. Your role will involve addressing customer concerns, performing detailed inspections, and ensuring every vehicle is serviced with precision. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most iconic vehicles ever made while contributing to a team that values expertise and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and restoration-level repairs on classic Land Rovers. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections using our digital inspection tool, including taking photographs and videos. Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding any additional work needed or changes in repair scope. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper care of tools and equipment. Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders. Road test vehicles as needed or refer to the test technician. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry advancements. Engage in follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Qualifications: Two or more years of related experience and/or training in automotive repair. Valid government-issued driver’s license. ASE & other technical certifications are preferred but not required. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, particularly with classic vehicles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, pull, or push heavy objects. Prolonged periods of standing while inspecting and servicing vehicles. Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000 - $130,000+ annually depending on experience. 6 paid holidays per year. 2-4 weeks of vacation/PTO based on tenure. Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am-5 pm.
