Job Description: As a Mercedes-Benz Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our clients' vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on delivering high-quality service that fosters long-term customer relationships with the Mercedes-Benz brand and our dealership. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring all work meets the brand's high standards. Set personal monthly flat rate hour goals and communicate with management to receive support in achieving and exceeding those goals. Stay current with Mercedes-Benz technology and service practices through dealer-paid training. Collaborate with a successful team dedicated to excellence in customer service. Qualifications: A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a successful team. Current experience in a dealership or automotive repair facility. Proven expertise in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles; experience with Mercedes-Benz is highly desirable. A strong desire for professional growth and development through ongoing training.
