Shop Manager/Exotic & Euro Mechanic

Are you an experienced and skilled automotive technician with a passion for European vehicles? Our busy, well-established, and family-owned European automotive service and repair facility in Boca Raton has been serving the community since 1995, and we are looking for a Master European Automotive Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of European vehicles, including German, English, and Italian brands. Shop Management: Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring cars are received, serviced, and delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example with hands-on involvement in the repair and service process, stepping in to assist the team as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, using extensive quality tools and equipment. Team Coordination: Manage and mentor the team of technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing various European vehicles. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an automotive repair shop. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage shop operations effectively. Hands-on experience with a willingness to work alongside the team to ensure jobs are done correctly and promptly. Must possess a comprehensive set of quality tools required for the job.
