Salary & Benefits:
Starting at $14 per hour, with opportunities for increases:$16 per hour within the first year based on performance
Up to $18 per hour based on performance and longevity

Key Responsibilities:
Wash and detail vehicles
Park and organize vehicles
Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with fleet management
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary
Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive a manual transmission

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently complete repair orders in line with dealership, state, and factory standards
Diagnose and address primary customer concerns with quality control
Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Keep up-to-date with factory bulletins and attend training sessions
Use the Dealer Management System for timekeeping, work distribution, and communication
Qualifications:
2+ years of automotive technician experience (Porsche, Audi, or VW experience preferred)
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with dealership tools
Ambition to learn and grow within the company
Work Schedule:
Full-time, flexible hours with potential for bonuses and commission on shop hours produced.
