Land Rover Mechanic

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced vintage Land Rover mechanic to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring Land Rover Defender 110s to their former glory. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive mechanical inspections and diagnostics on Land Rover Defenders. Conduct repairs and maintenance, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and suspension upgrades. Restore and refurbish vintage Land Rover parts and systems to ensure optimal performance and authenticity. Collaborate with our restoration team to achieve high-quality finishes on all projects. Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each project. Qualifications: Proven experience as a vintage Land Rover mechanic or in diesel mechanical work. Strong portfolio showcasing previous Land Rover restoration and repair projects. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) certifications are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of Land Rover Defender 110 models, particularly from 1985-2002. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
