Classic Mustang Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician at Restomod Mustangs, you won’t be working in a typical restoration shop. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates on an assembly line, with designated stations ranging from electrical wiring to chassis assembly, mechanical work, and test and tune. Station assignments will be based on your previous experience and skillset, with opportunities for cross-training as you advance in your career. Key Responsibilities: final assembly of vehicles interior, trims, and weatherstrips Run wiring for various parts and ensure proper installation of dashboard accessories. Install steering columns, cooling fans, radiators, exhaust systems, and fuel tanks. Perform fluid checks and ensure there are no leaks. Take detailed photos of your work for documentation and customer service purposes. Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the team. Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Professional communication skills with managers, coworkers, and vendors. Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Pre-employment drug screening required. Must have your own tools. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous automotive mechanical experience required specifically working with 65-69 mustangs Previous assembly experience is a plus. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance. Frequent standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting. Ability to work in various temperature conditions for extended periods.
