About Blue Grass Motorsport
Blue Grass Motorsport is a luxury dealership operation on Bowling Boulevard in Louisville, Kentucky. Its website lists several stores along one stretch of road: Land Rover and Jaguar at 4700 Bowling Blvd, Alfa Romeo and Maserati at 4710, and Audi at 4730. Each has its own sales, service and parts departments. That mix brings British, Italian and German vehicles through neighboring service bays, from Range Rover and Audi models to Maserati and Alfa Romeo sports sedans. The open role is a detailer position focused on European cars, with Porsche named in the title. At a franchise dealership, detailing generally covers getting new and pre-owned inventory ready for delivery and finishing customer cars as they leave service. The job rewards consistency, care with expensive paint and interiors, and the ability to keep pace with a sales schedule. The posting frames the job around customer retention. It describes a mission to make every customer a customer for life and says every team member is vital to that effort. The business dates to 1966, when Herb Vine opened it in Louisville as Blue Grass Mercury.
