Pullen Motors is seeking a skilled and confident Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of import vehicles, including brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Toyota, Honda, and more. Qualifications: 3+ years of industry experience (preferred) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Specific knowledge of German cars (Volkswagen, Audi, etc.) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: Perform digital vehicle inspections to assess condition and identify issues Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid changes Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, fluid leaks, and part failures Remove and replace failed components with precision and accuracy Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety Benefits: Flat rate with a guaranteed pay for the first year Competitive pay range: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Immediate paid vacation, sick time, and paid holidays Employee discount on services and products Professional development assistance to help you grow in your career No weekend work: Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday No night shifts Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities based on performance and efficiency Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: No less than 30 hours per week How to Apply: Interested candidates should click apply and give us a call!
