Job Overview: South Shore Performance is looking for a highly skilled and experienced European Car Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on BMW and Porsche vehicles, from vintage models to the latest high-performance machines. If you’re passionate about European cars and have a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW and Porsche vehicles (classic to modern). Utilize factory-level tools, software, and diagnostics equipment. Conduct regular maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, transmission repairs, and more. Provide performance upgrades and tuning on BMWs and Porsches, tailored to customer specifications. Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Keep accurate and detailed records of all work performed. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working as an automotive technician, with a focus on European vehicles (BMW and/or Porsche experience required). Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for European makes. Strong knowledge of BMW and Porsche vehicle systems, including engines, electrical, transmission, suspension, and brakes. ASE Certification preferred, but not required. Must possess strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
