Position Summary: As a Land Rover Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Land Rover vehicles with the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy. Your role will also include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that customer vehicles are well cared for, and providing excellent communication with both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs according to the highest industry standards.
Conduct thorough inspections and document findings using our digital inspection tool.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs as outlined on customer repair orders.
Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor about additional work needed or changes in repair scope.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
Engage in follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements and maintain your expertise.
Competencies:
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and building customer trust.
Education, Certifications & Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in automotive repair, preferably with Land Rover vehicles.
ASE certification is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects.
Prolonged periods of standing while working on vehicles.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $130,000+ annually.
6 paid holidays per year.
2-4 weeks of vacation/PTO based on tenure.

Monday through Friday schedule, 8am-5pm.
