Audi Service Tech

As an Automotive Technician at Audi of Brooklyn, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of Audi vehicles. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide estimates for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications: A or B Level Automotive Technician experience, preferably in a dealership environment. Automotive Technical School certificate is preferred. ASE Certification, especially in the Audi family of vehicles, is a plus. Strong understanding of the service drive and years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive systems. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
