Job Description: We are looking for skilled technicians with a strong work ethic and a passion for high-performance vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles to factory standards. Use advanced diagnostic technology and equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles. Conduct state safety and emissions inspections. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to provide accurate repair recommendations. Keep up-to-date with factory training and participate in ongoing career-based goal support programs. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience (preferred). Valid state inspection and emissions license (required). Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (required). Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and a willingness to grow and learn. Prior experience with Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles is a plus but not required.
