Position Summary: As a Skilled Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles. You will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Flat rate starting at $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $80,000 - $100,000+ annually. Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles with efficiency and accuracy. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and tools to complete work orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Write and manage your own repair orders using technician computer workstations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with the sales team and customers regarding vehicle needs. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements to maintain a high level of service quality. Qualifications: Proven experience as a vehicle technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to commute or relocate to Barrington, IL 60010.
