As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing high-end European vehicles. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in automotive maintenance and service. You will use your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on European vehicles, including oil services, filter replacements, and minor electrical work. Diagnose and address vehicle malfunctions and customer concerns efficiently. Accurately complete repair orders, ensuring all work is documented and time-stamped. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle issues and additional repair needs to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards. Follow direction from management and higher-level technicians, while demonstrating initiative and accountability. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in factory training programs. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance and service, with a focus on European brands. ASE and/or brand-specific certifications (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche) are highly preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment while maintaining quality standards. Must have your own set of hand tools required for preventative maintenance and minor repairs. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, kneeling, and crawling. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
