Hot Rod Corner is now hiring a Custom Automotive Painter. Our Painter is required to perform a show-worthy paint job on classic automotive or hot rod vehicles. In this role, we may have to match the paint color to the current paint color or to what the customer requests. This may include blending or adjusting specialized colors. Our Painter is responsible for being able to paint, wet sand and buff out the vehicle.
Essential Job Functions:
Match paint color.
Apply paint from bare metal to completion.
Buffing entire vehicle.
Assist other staff when needed.
Qualifications:
Must have custom car paint experience. Required 2 years of experience.
Must have knowledge of classic vehicles.
Must have familiarity with specialty paints.
Must be able to troubleshoot and adapt.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Hot Rod Corner is now hiring an Automotive Metalwork/Fabricator. Our Fabricator is required to perform panel replacement and customize metal on classic automotive or hot rod vehicles. In this role, we may fix, replace or customize metal components. This may include rust repair on original parts or panel replacement. Our Mechanic is responsible for being able to shape and fabricate on all parts of the vehicle.
Essential Job Functions:
Welding in both MIG & TIG.
Rust repair.
Panel replacement.
Assist other staff when needed.
Qualifications:
Must have classic car fabricator experience. Preferably 2 years of experience.
Must have knowledge of classic vehicles.
Must have familiarity with a wide variety of older car systems.
Must be able to troubleshoot and adapt panels.
Must have a valid driver's license.

In this role, we may fix or replace mechanical systems. This may include restoration of original parts or updating to a more modern system. Our Mechanic is responsible for researching parts, troubleshooting systems, and sometimes conversion of parts.
Essential Job Functions:
Daily fixing or replacing mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting mechanical systems.
Researching the correct part for specific vehicles.
Assist other staff when needed.
Qualifications:
Must have classic car or hot rod mechanic experience. Preferably 2 years of experience.
Must have knowledge of classic vehicles.
Must have familiarity with a wide variety of older car systems.
Must be able to troubleshoot and adapt systems and parts.
