(Modern Exotic/Luxury) Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician to join our dedicated team. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 10 years of mechanical experience, particularly in servicing and maintaining a range of vehicles from vintage classics to modern exotic cars up to the year 2020. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on vintage to modern exotic and luxury vehicles, focusing on brands like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Maserati. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with precision. Conduct major services, engine rebuilds, and complete restorations. Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians to ensure high-quality service and efficient workflow. Continuously update technical knowledge through ongoing training and development. Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in the workplace. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on high-end and exotic vehicles. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and solve complex issues. Experience with BMW and Mercedes-Benz is advantageous and often translates well to our specialty vehicles. A genuine passion for understanding how things work and a desire to figure out complex mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
