Junior Technician

We are seeking a junior technician who brings high energy, a desire to learn, and a commitment to first class service for our clients. You’ll be working closely with our senior technicians who have over 20 years experience each. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship meets customer care, you’ll fit right in. Specific job responsibilities will include the following: -Assist with inspections on newly arriving cars using our multi-point software-based checklist, incorporating diagnosis and detailed photos -Handling repairs and regular services, as experience allows, while assisting senior technicians on others to gain requisite knowledge and skills -Provide input on the development of solutions and project plans to rectify issues facing the smooth operation of the cars entrusted to our care. -Work closely with senior technicians to clean, blast, rebuild, restore or fabricate car components and with outside sources where specialization is needed. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment. -Conduct test drives and component testing to ensure reliable, quality performance. -Maintain excellent records on work done and time spent on various repair orders and issues discovered with prognosis for resolution. -Source parts through various specialized and standard suppliers as well as an established network of business contacts and relationships. Ultimately, we are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset who is ready for the challenges presented by older automobiles. We are looking for someone who has a foundational understanding of vintage and classic car systems and components, including carburetors, distributors, engines, gauges, transmissions, and fluids.
