Shop Manager/Performance Auto Tech

Position Overview: We are looking to add an A-level tech that can also act as a shop manager to our team immediately. Benefits: Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick days Group bonus for hitting shop goals Employee discount On-the-job training Work with our own racing team Multi-brand shop with a variety of high-end vehicles Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair street vehicles Install performance upgrades Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance Inspect and test newer vehicles for necessary adjustments Update notes and track hours on PC Perform standard maintenance on everyday cars Qualifications: Formal automotive technician certification (ASE, Lincoln Tech, UTI, etc.) Minimum of 10 years of experience in an automotive dealership or independent shop Superior skill in diagnosing vehicle issues (electrical, no start, etc.) Positive attitude, high energy, and a team player Attention to detail is a key skill Experience with luxury European brands (BMW, Porsche, etc.) Previous experience in performance work is a plus Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Schedule: 8-hour shift Full-time How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are excited about working in a high-energy, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
