Service Writer/Estimator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Writer to join our team. This role is essential in developing estimates and guiding customers through the ordering and service process. The ideal candidate does not need extensive experience but must have a genuine love for classic cars, particularly classic Mercedes and Porsches. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed and accurate service estimates for classic car restorations and repairs. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the service process. Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the status of their vehicles. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and precise completion of work. Maintain comprehensive records of services performed and parts used. Assist in managing the workflow of the service department to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure all customer concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Qualifications: A strong passion for classic cars, especially classic Mercedes and Porsches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and restoration processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
