We are looking for an experienced Automotive Master Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position Summary: As an Automotive Master Technician at Land Rover Princeton, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Your role will be critical in ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our customers' vehicles. Compensation: $80k-$130k+ annually based on experience and skill level Up to $10,000 signing bonus, depending on experience Responsibilities: Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide time estimates for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including toolboxes and service bays. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience at an automotive dealership. Strong understanding of the service drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
