The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be the point person for our showroom floor and our digital storefront. You’ll be responsible for:
Lead Management: Proactively working leads through our CRM tool to set showroom appointments and manage the pipeline.
Modern Sales: Managing the "remote deal" process for out-of-state buyers, ensuring a seamless experience from first click to delivery.
Expert Guidance: Walking customers through our diverse inventory, explaining the nuances of classic vehicles, and sharing technical knowledge with confidence.
The Paperwork: Completing all necessary documentation through our dealership computer programs with precision and speed.

Proven Experience: A solid background in dealership sales is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs
Use special tools and car lifts for diagnosis and repair
Drive vehicles when necessary for diagnosis
Communicate with customers and provide excellent service
Invoicing and processing payments from customers
Maintain the service department and ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience as a mechanic, specifically with classic cars
Strong knowledge of standard car repairs
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
Experience with computers, mechanic shop software, and the internet is a plus
Ability to relocate to Concord, NC 28027 before starting work
