Full job description
Remove wheels, brakes, engine and suspension components.
Remove and install autobody panels including doors, trunk, hood.
Assist the autobody technician, master auto technician and metal fabricator on a daily basis.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
Possess a valid state driver’s license for conducting test drives.
Technician will need to provide basic hand tools.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for classic cars, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work on various restoration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed bodywork, including metal fabrication, welding, and rust repair.
Execute high-quality paintwork, including prep, spraying, and finishing.
Diagnose and repair classic car engines and mechanical systems.
Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in classic car restoration, including bodywork, paintwork, and engine repair.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Passion for classic cars and automotive history.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop management software.
