About Maserati of Central NJ
Maserati of Central NJ is a franchised Maserati dealership on Route 1 North in Edison, New Jersey. It shares the address with Ferrari of Central New Jersey, which describes itself as the state's first and only authorized Ferrari franchise. The two brands sit in a 22,000-square-foot complex that includes showrooms, parts, and an 11,000-square-foot service department with nine work bays and an alignment rig, handling sales, factory service and parts for both brands. The store is hiring on both sides of the service operation. The Ferrari service technician role is a flat-rate position, which at a franchised exotic dealer means factory maintenance, diagnosis and repair done to manufacturer procedures, with pay tied to productive hours. The Maserati detailer prepares new, pre-owned and customer cars for delivery and pickup, a job where care with expensive paint and interiors matters more than speed. Both postings take applications through the dealership's online hiring system. With only nine bays serving two exotic brands, technicians here work on a small, specialized volume of cars instead of a high-throughput mainstream service lane.
