Service Technician- Ferrari

We are seeking experienced Ferrari Service Technicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a flat-rate position that requires expertise, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in line with dealership and manufacturer standards. Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed, providing accurate estimates of time required for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, specifically with Ferrari or luxury vehicles. Extensive knowledge in all aspects of general maintenance and repairs. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, service advisors, and team members. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage one’s own time and assist others in the shop. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing the highest level of service to customers. Advanced computer skills and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Personal and professional integrity, with a commitment to quality workmanship. Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
