Maserati Detailer

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Automotive Detailers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and detailing of luxury brand vehicles, ensuring that each car is presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. Key Responsibilities: Use various types of cleaning equipment and solutions to detail vehicles. Follow customer-specific instructions to detail vehicles according to their preferences. Shampoo carpets and upholstery, vacuum floors and seats, and clean and vacuum trunks. Clean out ashtrays, cup holders, and all interior spaces, ensuring the removal of all trash, debris, and dirt. Condition vinyl and leather, and clean and polish the dashboard, steering wheel, trims, and moldings. Clean door frames, instrument panels, and all glass surfaces inside and out. Steam clean engines and remove grease from under the hood. Recondition vehicle exteriors, including waxing, buffing, and polishing chrome and trim. Use air compressors and special equipment to dry vehicles thoroughly. Apply protective chemicals to surfaces to guard against spots and stains. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained. Keep records of customer details and proactively suggest future detailing services. Manage minor cosmetic repairs, such as fixing minor scratches and chips with touch-up paint. Maintain a professional appearance and interact courteously with customers. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. A clean and valid driver’s license is required. Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Dependable, reliable, and able to multitask and work under pressure. Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Proficiency in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
