GeorgiaLina Automotive is a family-owned and operated business, founded by Andrew and Erin Clements in 2009. What started as a small 800 sq. ft. shop has grown into a 19,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment. We specialize in creating, restoring, and maintaining classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, and street rods, ensuring they perform at or above factory standards. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Classic Car Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classic car restoration and maintenance, a passion for preserving automotive history, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. This role offers a flexible 5-day work schedule, a peaceful yet fast-paced work environment, and opportunities for continued growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, and street rods. Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics. Execute custom LS engine installations and build custom headers. Restore and upgrade automotive performance components such as suspension, exhaust systems, and brakes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Uphold GeorgiaLina Automotive’s standards for quality, integrity, and customer service. Qualifications: Extensive experience in classic car mechanics, including restoration, repair, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of LS engines, custom headers, and performance upgrades. Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and shop equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
