We are looking for a dedicated individual to help maintain the high standards of our vehicles and showroom. Position: Full-Time Detailer Responsibilities: Perform professional detailing services on a variety of luxury and exotic vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards. Conduct thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicle exteriors, including buffing and wet sanding when necessary. Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and trim. Apply protective treatments to paint, glass, and upholstery to maintain vehicle appearance. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the dealership’s quality standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards. Requirements: Minimum of two years of professional detailing experience, preferably with luxury or exotic vehicles. Expertise in buffing, wet sanding, and working with various modern paint finishes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A clean driver’s license and a strong driving record. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of the latest detailing products, techniques, and equipment.
