Restoration Technician (Disassembly and Reassembly)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to assist with the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles undergoing frame-off restorations. This role is crucial in ensuring that classic cars are meticulously taken apart and carefully put back together, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Carefully disassemble vehicles, documenting and organizing parts for frame-off restoration. Prepare vehicles and parts for the restoration process, ensuring all components are properly labeled and stored. Assist with the reassembly of restored vehicles, following detailed instructions and ensuring all components are reinstalled correctly. Work closely with the restoration team to maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the restoration process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and parts are properly stored and accounted for. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Assist with other restoration tasks as needed, providing support across various projects. Qualifications: Experience with classic car restoration, particularly in disassembly and reassembly processes. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to carefully document and organize parts during disassembly for accurate reassembly. Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
