Lamb Performance is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working on classic British cars as well as modern vehicles. This role requires a versatile skill set, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive excellence. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain classic British cars, including but not limited to MG, Triumph, and Jaguar models. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on modern vehicles, ensuring they meet high-performance standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective and timely solutions. Assist with custom restoration projects, particularly for classic British cars. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s needs and repair options. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive repair, with specific expertise in classic British cars. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems. Familiarity with modern vehicle maintenance and repair practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
