Responsibilities:
Perform work as described on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with BMW factory standards.
Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/perform appropriate repairs.
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools safely and effectively.
Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
Dealership setting, working on cars and light trucks.
Regular hours, Monday to Friday, with day shifts and occasional weekends as needed.
This role is on-site; remote work is not available.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of mechanic experience (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
ASE Certification (required)
Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
