Auto Body Restoration Technician (Experienced Only)

Innovative Restorations is an established, full-service automotive restoration and service shop specializing in classic and custom vehicles. From driver-quality refinishing to full frame-off restorations, the shop handles complete builds in-house, offering technicians the opportunity to work on a wide range of unique and high-value projects. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a consistent daytime schedule. This is not an entry-level role—we are seeking an experienced auto body technician with strong fabrication and welding skills who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. What You’ll Work On: • Full vehicle disassembly and reassembly • Body panel repair and fitment • Fabrication and custom metalwork • Welding and structural/non-structural repairs • Bodywork, wet sanding, and final finishing • Projects ranging from partial restorations to complete frame-off builds Responsibilities: • Perform proper repair procedures on body panels and nonstructural components • Repair multiple substrate types and ensure precise panel alignment • Fabricate and weld components as needed • Document repair progress accurately • Maintain high-quality standards with strong attention to detail • Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of auto body repair experience • Proven fabrication and welding skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Must have your own professional tools and a valid driver’s license Schedule: • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM • Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Compensations & Benefits: • $30.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience) • Health benefits available • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Consistent full-time hours • Clean, professional, well-equipped shop Innovative Restorations is an equal opportunity employer.
