What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Metal Shaper/Fabricator to join our team. If you have a passion for hot rods and a proven ability to transform raw metal into art, we want to hear from you. This role requires hands-on expertise in metal shaping, welding, and custom restoration, with a focus on detail and creativity to bring classic cars back to life.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in metal shaping, fabrication, or a closely related field.
Expertise in TIG welding (required); MIG welding experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using metal shaping tools and machinery, such as English wheels, planishing hammers, shrinker/stretchers, and bead rollers.
Strong skills in rust repair, large panel replacement, and fabrication of custom parts.
Ability to remove and reinstall major components, including engines, transmissions, axles, and body panels.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Organize with the project the definition of the vehicle needed, quantity, and the timing to ensure that all the fleet is ready on time for all the US activities.

Manage the sourcing of the service company and define the share of responsibility between them and Lotus Tech.
Organize and lead the completed fleet execution for different purpose : data collection, validation or quality test.
Define validation tactics and expedition route in taking lesson learn of the previous expedition.
Estimate and respect the converged budget during the year. All over or under consumption shall be reported to management.
Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to identify interesting new direction trend.
Report expedition or validation status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
At least 5 years of experience in the field of vehicle fleet management.
Experience in dealing with software traceability management.
Experience in vehicle validation tool management and configuration (a minimum knowledge to use it is mandatory: Vector, BPlus, or DSpace or equivalent, Ubuntu, and Linux environment)
Experience in conducting vehicle expedition.
Strong leadership in evaluating and managing validation supplier to execute defined test cases.
Experience in global team execution.
Enthusiasm and passion to drive and develop cars.
