Collaborate closely with prep staff and other painters to meet work demands efficiently and as part of a team.
Achieve invisible basecoat color blending and apply 2 and 3-stage colors.
Produce sprayed finishes with minimal dirt, consistent gloss, and texture that matches the OEM finish, eliminating the need for sanding and buffing.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience refinishing cars in an automotive collision repair environment, utilizing urethane-based refinish systems.
Willingness to work overtime if required.

Certificate from a vocational school in Collision Repair is preferred.
